Shipping Policy — Intrepidus

At Intrepidus, all of our products are made to order. Once your order is placed, it enters production and will ship after fulfillment is complete.

Fulfillment Time:
Orders are typically fulfilled within 2–5 business days. Please note this can vary depending on the product, order volume, or time of year.

Shipping Time:
After fulfillment, shipping times are estimated as follows:
    •    U.S. orders: 5–10 business days
    •    International orders: 7–21 business days (depending on location)

Please note these are estimates and not guarantees. Shipping may take longer due to carrier delays, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.

Tracking Information:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking info. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates.

Delays & Issues:
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect address submissions. If your order is lost or significantly delayed, reach out to us at intrepidusapparelco@gmail.com, and we’ll assist as best as we can.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a description and photo. We’ll make it right. See our Return Policy for details.
